HOW TO:
Use brush to groom eyebrows until they are neat and tidy.
Use pointed tip of eyebrow pencil to lightly outline eyebrows.
Fill in brows with soft strokes.
Use brush to blend in colour.
Repeat steps 4 to 5 until you achieve the look you want.
