We regret to inform you that Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
However, Return/ Exchange of Products or Refund can be arranged under the following reasons:-
- received an incorrect item(s);
- stocks delivered is expired;
- or any factory defected item(s)
Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for return and refund, please notify us via email at email@example.com within 3 working days upon receiving the Products.
The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: -

Unit L1-3-2A, First Floor, Right Wing Infinite Center, Lot 1, Jalan 13/6, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with the proof of purchase/ delivery order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 working days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches us at Ascen Plus Pharmacy Distribution Center. Ascen Plus Pharmacy will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product is received by us.
The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.
