What is a subscription?

Subscription is a convenient plan where you can place a one-time order which automatically delivers your products monthly without shipping fees. After three months, if you would like to continue, you would have to place a new order.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged on the process date based on the frequency you choose, which is monthly for now.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may pause subscriptions on the subscriptions dashboard that will be available to you upon subscribing and you may cancel your subscriptions only after 3 months.

When will I receive my products?

The first cycle will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the date the order is successfully placed. For subsequent cycles, delivery will occur within 1-3 working days of successful payment confirmation.

How do I update my shipping and/or billing information?

After subscription is made, you may edit these details in the subscription dashboard.
