Ingredients:
Each serving (5ml) provides:
Yeast Extract - 125mg
Elderberry Extract 10% Anthocyanins - 200mg
Vitamin C - 50mg

Dosage:
Children (2-12 years old): 5ml, once a day. Adults: 10ml once a day. Shake well before opening. Pour 5ml into the cup and consume directly.
