Ingredients: Cod Liver Oil, containing Omega-3 fatty acids (DHA + EPA), Vitamin A, Vitamin D and Calcium.

Dosage:
1-3 years: 15ml per tablespoon once a day.
4-8 years: 15ml per tablespoon twice a day.
> 9 years: 15ml per tablespoon thrice a day.
