Each capsule contains:
Lactobacillus helveticus R0052 - 19.3mg
Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011 - 19.9mg
Bifidobacterium longum R0175 - 25.5mg
Saccharomyces boulardii - 125mg

Dosage (1 year and above):
Take 2 capsules once daily, during or 30 minutes before food. For those unable to take capsules, the capsule content may be mixed with cold food or liquid. For children from 1 to 5 years, the content of the capsule must be diluted in a glass of water or milk.
